Aja-têe Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Aja-têe Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Aja-têe Bî is is constructed arround a semi-circular spacious cobblestone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The frontieer-style defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look arround Aja-têe Bî reveals an abundance of schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear the town places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

Cultural Notes
The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.
Aja-têe Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is skipped in Aja-têe Bî.
The Skinstitch near Aja-têe Bî are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Aja-têe Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves performance art to channel Summoning energies of tier 3 via throat chanting.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Aja-têe Bî was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Aja-têe Bî lost 130 people, 131 livestock, and 37 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 62, when members of Aja-têe Bî's militia enacted an operation to destroy a particular enemy war supplies. The operation was complicated by the army being put into a position where they could only choose between two terrible options. The conflict ended with the defense of the strategic location against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Aja-têe Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Aja-têe Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
